Gary Grant
It was a privilege to work with Phil for over 50 years at AVCO/TEXTRON. He will be greatly missed for his contributions on many projects. He was the Chief Engineer on a program that was awarded a few days after his passing. I will miss Phil's friendship and I send my condolences to his family. Gary Grant
